A: We are a specialized manufacturer of fine jewelry displays. We offer two primary services: turnkey design solutions for entire jewelry stores, and the sale of individual, bespoke showcases.
A: Yes, we have a professional in-house design team. Our policy is as follows:
For projects under 100m²: Our design service is complimentary.
For projects over 100m²: We can provide an initial design proposal within 1-2 days upon approval of the project quotation.
A: Yes. We can customize the style, dimensions, color, finish, logo, and lighting to perfectly match your brand and space.
A: Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 3 units. We generally do not provide full product samples. However, once an order is confirmed, we provide complimentary color swatches and material samples, which we will ship to you via express courier for your approval.
A: Our after-sales service is comprehensive:
1.We proactively include spare parts for lighting, transformers, and locks with your initial order.
2.In the event of damage during transit, we will cover the cost of locally sourced replacements for non-essential parts. For critical components, such as custom-formed glass, we will ship new ones to you directly.
